※ Access to the in-game shop will be disabled through a zero-downtime update and sales of paid items will end.
Items you have already purchased will remain available until the service ends.

🔹New downloads from the store will become unavailable on: July 20, 2026 (Mon), 03:00 (UTC)
※ If you already have the app installed, you can keep playing Party Pop Bubblyz until the service closes.

🔹The game service will be closed on: August 19, 2026 (Wed), 03:00 (UTC)
※ Once the soft launch service closes, your game characters and play data will be permanently deleted with no separate backup, and they will not carry over when the service resumes later on.

[Service Closure Refund Information]

🔹Eligible for Refund: Any unused Gems remaining from paid purchases, plus all paid-product purchases made during the refund eligibility period

🔹Refund Eligibility Period: All paid-product purchases made from June 20, 2026 (Sat) to July 20, 2026 (Mon)
※ You may request a refund for any eligible in-app products purchased through the respective stores.

🔹Refund Request Period: July 20, 2026 (Mon), 03:00 (UTC) – September 18, 2026 (Fri), 09:00 (UTC)
※ Refunds are handled in the order requests come in during this period, so please understand that processing may take some time.

◆ Important Notes on Refund

- Refunds are processed only for customers who submit a request through the 1:1 inquiry system.
- Refunds are processed only for customers who consent to the collection and use of their personal information for refund purposes when submitting a 1:1 inquiry. The information you provide will be retained until the refund is complete and for the period prescribed by applicable laws and regulations. You may choose not to consent, but please note that this may limit our ability to process your refund.
- If a payment can be reversed, the refund will be issued by canceling the original payment rather than by bank transfer.
- Any unused Gems remaining from paid purchases will be refunded in USD. We will provide detailed instructions upon receiving your refund application
- Free currency obtained through events and the like is not eligible for a refund.
- Please submit your request within the stated period to ensure a prompt refund.
- Please fill in all required information accurately when requesting a refund.
- Required fields must be completed accurately according to the provided form. We are not responsible for any disadvantage resulting from incorrect or missing entries.
- The refund cannot be processed if the attached documents do not match the information in your refund request.
- For Apple App Store purchases, you must attach both the store receipt and the card payment receipt (to verify the order ID, document number, payment date, product name, and amount).
- If you are requesting refunds for multiple orders, enter the [Character Name / Payment Store and Order Number / Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information] for each order number in the Inquiry Details field when submitting your inquiry. Please ensure that they are accurate and in order.
- To minimize delay, please enter your account number as digits only, without hyphens (-), and enter the order (transaction) ID exactly as it appears in the store.
- The way refunds are handled may vary by region, as refund criteria can differ under the laws and regulations of each country.
- Please keep in mind that we may be unable to assist with refund requests made after the request period has ended.
